March 20, 2005

President Stagg Newman called the meeting to order at 7:39 a.m. Also present: Vice President Mike Maul, Treasurer Patti Pizzo, Secretary Jan Jeffers, Terry Woolley Howe, Robert Ribley, Roberta Harms, Connie Caudill, Jan Stevens, Howard Kent, John H. Parke, Barney Fleming, Roger Taylor, Randy Eiland, Mike Tomlinson, Vonita Bowers, Gail Williams, Mike Jaffe, Laura Hayes, Bob Morris, Dinah Rojek, Susan Kasemeyer, Duane Barnett, Jerry Fruth, Nick Warhol, Stan Eichelberger, and Executive Director Kathleen A. Henkel.

Motion from the Sanctioning Committee to change the dates of the Fort Stanton Pioneer ride, in order to correct a clerical error. Motion passed. Dates: July 10, 11, & 12, 2005 and July 14, 15, & 16, 2005.
 
 

Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. to continue work on the Strategic Planning process.
